Surveys

Since being established by covenant in 1973, the Sea Pines POA (aka ASPPPO) represents residential property owners only and works exclusively on quality of life issues and opportunities that affect this group.

At the highest level, our mission is simple: We are here for you. We want to hear from you. We will listen. 

Some of our work in this regard includes:

• Communicating with and receiving input from our members via open board meetings, monthly newsletters, special announcements, two-way email interaction, and member surveys.
• Sharing survey results with all of our members and with any/all relevant third parties that can influence or have purview over the matter(s) at hand.
• Monitoring activities of the Town, County, State, CSA and Resort on matters that could impact our members.
• Analyzing how these matters might impact our members’ quality of life.

In this way, the Sea Pines POA represents often the primary (sometimes only) way that residential property owner opinions are considered during the course of policy development on topics affecting life in Sea Pines.

By being a member of the Sea Pines POA, you can be assured that your opinion will be asked for, aggregated with the opinions of all other participating property owners and shared with the appropriate group(s) that are contemplating policy changes. In other words, your voice will be heard.
