Fellow Sea Pines Neighbor,

The Sea Pines POA (under its legal name of Association of Sea Pines Plantation Property Owners) was
founded in 1973 at the request of Charles Frasier. He desired to create an organization to represent the
residential property owners in Sea Pines for the purpose of providing them a voice in how Sea Pines was
to be developed, managed and maintained. Our purpose remains the same today as it was when we
were established.

How would you like to be a part of a Sea Pines group that would:

Focus on assisting you in monitoring and protecting your Sea Pines property investment by:

  •  Actively monitoring activities of organizations which impact your Sea Pines property such as the Town of Hilton Head, Beaufort County, CSA and The Resort
  • Providing you with timely notifications on proposed new major rules, regulations and proposals from these organizations
  • Soliciting your opinion on select proposed rules and regulations, summarizing the survey results and providing them to the organization deliberating the proposed new rule or regulation
  • Providing you with timely updates on lawsuits and other major developments impacting Sea Pines
  • Giving you a vote in any future proposals that would change the number of Sea Pines hotel or motel rooms (this is an EXCLUSIVE right of solely Sea Pines POA members)
  • Belonging to the ONLY organization that can provide consent for any major changes to the Sea Pines Master Plan regarding acreage uses
  • Actively monitoring compliance with the 1974 Covenants and other contracts and legal settlements impacting Sea Pines

Focus on assisting you in meeting your neighbors by organizing social/learning activities such as:

  • Conducting in-person and streaming board meetings which contain a live Q&A component
  • Providing a Third-Tuesday Speaker Series from each September to May with interesting topics and content
  • Providing a combination of Community Coffees, Town Hall Meetings and Social Hours throughout the year and at various times of day. These will typically contain an element of education on a relevant topic and the ability to ask questions of the Sea Pines POA board and/or officers

We are here to be your voice. We will listen. We invite you to join us now by clicking the Registration Form button below.
