As a Sea Pines Residential Property Owner you can join the Sea Pines POA to enjoy member-only benefits and support our mission.


  •   Only members can vote on issues vital to our community including voting for the Sea Pines POA Board of Directors.
  •   Only members receive an invitation to our annual meeting/social.
  •   Only members may attend the popular Sea Pines POA members-only Third Tuesday Speaker Series.
  •   Only members receive surveys regarding issues vital to the quality of life in Sea Pines which are a critical way for your opinions to be heard and counted.
  •   Only members receive our informative and entertaining monthly newsletter.
  •   Only members receive discounts on Sea Pines POA merchandise (i.e. a $10 discount on Sea Pines license plates).
  •   Your Membership supports the Sea Pines POA and its mission.


The Sea Pines POA Mission:

The Sea Pines Property Owners Association (formerly ASPPPO) is a volunteer-led organization established by-charter and incorporated in 1973. We advocate exclusively for Residential Property Owners. We operate independently from the CSA and the Resort. We are your voice. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all residential property owners to ensure that Sea Pines is consistently one of the most desirable places to live in America.


The Sea Pines POA is funded solely through membership. To be a member, you must own a residential lot or dwelling unit within Sea Pines and pay the annual Sea Pines POA dues which have been $50 for 50 years and counting. To become a member, please complete the Membership Registration Form (below) and submit your dues payment using a credit or debit card.


The Sea Pines POA is a nonprofit association, validated by the Sea Pines Covenants, and dedicated exclusively to advocating for and protecting property owner rights and privileges.
